Hi there! I'm hoping that becoming a member here will help me stay motivated and on track to getting the body I want!
I'm a 24 single mother living in Southwestern Ontario. My first goal weight/size-wise is to be able to shop in "normal" stores rather than plus-size stores. I started the summer wearing size 20 and am now between a 16 - 18, so almost to "normal" store status!
My basic plan consists of 2 - 3 days at the gym spending 15 min cardio, 30 min weights 2 of those times, then a longer cardio work-out the 3rd day. Diet-wise, I am trying to follow a "clean" eating plan. Goals within the eating include upping water, protein & veggies.
Anyways, look forward to getting to know the community members!
