Well, as of today - I have made it out of the obese BMI designation down to overweight. Who would have thought being overweight would feel so darn good.
Next goal is to hit 220. After that, normal BMI - here I come or close to it. I really don't know if I want to go to 200 pounds at 6' 3" (well 6' 2 1/2") I guess once I get to 220 - it will be clearer as to what my final, final fitness goal will be.
