    L- 4 small dill pickles (6 cal); tuna with a bit of mayo (89 cal); 4 crispbreads (160 cal); cheddar cheese (114 cal); miso soup (30 cal)
    D- bbq teriyaki chicken breast (200 cal); baked potatoe (200 cal); veggies - carrots maybe (65 cal)
    W- 4L

    Met goals yesterday.

    B -- cereal w/rice milk
    S -- Yoplait light
    L - veggie stew (zuchinni, tomato, onion, mushrooms)
    S -- slice cantaloupe
    D -- Salmon, broccoli, cantaloupe

    Water -- 100 pz
    Exercise -- 3 miles treadmill/walking
  • oh god... yesterday I went to the olive garden and had too much bruschetta, bread and salad.... errrrrg I feel like poop today....

    B: coffee and 1 slice of wheat toast with cream cheese
    L: Latte, 1/2 a pita with swiss cheese
    D: broocoli

    I'm not even hungry today after how much I ate yesterday!!! Argghhh
  • I was just thinking, I have totally be lacking in veggies and fruit lately... I think its time to go shopping
  • so yah, I had subway for lunch instead... it was good! mmm
