Hello to all. I've lurked in the past but I am committing myself to losing weight. I have been inspired by the Biggest Loser and the best time to start is today! I had been going to the gym 4 times a week with co-workers but I'm having I-surgery Monday so my work-out will be limited for 2 months, but I'm not discouraged it's the perfect time to eat better since I cannot work so hard. I have been encouraged by reading the forums so I think it's time I joined in.
