!!!First day of 10 in 10 Turbo Jam Challenge!!!!

    I think your community is awesome! I couldn't start my weight loss initiative without joining this forum. I started the 10 lb and 10 inches in 10 days Turbo Jam quick start program this morning. I'm lucky enough to have a buddy doing it with me -- by boyfriend. He's a trooper! A little embarrased to be doing it at first, but he got better. He's got too much doubt about reaching the goal ... but from what i've read on these threads it's totally doable if you follow the program to the T. I'll be tracking my weight loss each day -- well, maybe not for the first 3 days or so, just so i don't get discouraged.

    So far the workout is fun -- I ate something bad yesterday and went to bed sick last night ... all that bouncing around didn't help too much this morning. But I perservered.

    I've only eaten the first breakfast, but for those ofyou thinking about it, she sets out a whole menu for 10 days for you! And my bf was all worried about there being too little food ... we couldn't finish breakfast this morning! And lunch looks awesome.

    If anyone wants to start up again and join me ... we'll track our progress together! Also, if you've got any pointers for me, let 'em rip!
