    Sunday 30 minutes of yoga.
  • Cant remember if I hiked on the 12th, but on the 13th we did all our wood for the winter - about 3 hrs of walking the field and chucking the wood into the dump truck then about 2 hrs of loading it by wheel barrow to the shed to stack - DH and I took turns hauling and stacking- it was a total arm workout.

    Last Monday hiked in the rain with a 20+ lb pack, no walk on Thursday

    Hope today and next thrus for sure since Sat going on long backpack hiking overnight - brrrr
  • Well I have made a commitment that once I have lost 10 pounds per my Weight Watchers weigh in that I am heading back to the gym. As of last week I was down a little over 6 pounds so we will see how my weigh in goes tomorrow. Until then I am still walking Java everyday.
  • Went hiking mon nite - at least 35 lb pack maybe more - uphill for a good hr then back down - 1/2 hr - really felt in the gluteous maximus area - good
  • Monday 30 minute walk at lunch, 30 minutes of yoga

    Tuesday: 30 minute walk at lunch, 60 minutes of dance class
  • 20 minute walk with dog and 50 minute killer spin class! Whoo hoo!
  • 2 day, 1 night backpacking trip Sat & Sun - 1hr uphill with at least 60lbs, 2-4 hrs easy trail light pack, 1/2 hr downhill at least 60lb pack.

    Monday - 1/2 hr uphill with 30+ lb pack, 15 mins downhill

    Thursday: 30 minute walk at lunch, 30 minutes of yoga
    Friday: 30 minute walk at lunch
    Saturday: 30 minutes of yoga
    Sunday: rest day

    Monday: 30 minute walk at lunch
    Tuesday: 30 minute walk at lunch
