Everyone Weigh In 09/15/06

  • It's time again for the 3FC general weigh in thread. Everyone is welcome to join. Just jump in whenever your official weigh in day rolls around. Good luck, everyone.

    Ok, this is a couple of hours before it's really Friday. I plan on being unconcious most of tomorrow, so here it is now!

    Me: 187, up 1.5 pounds from 2 weeks ago. Not good, but given that I took a week off and went to land of Fried Chicken Buffets, not as bad as it could have been. And I do have some good news report, I upped my lifting weights by another 5 pounds. So maybe my gain was all muscle! Well, ok, not really. But overall, I'm not too upset about this.
  • No loss this week but my Tanita scales show a drop in fat % and a 3 lb. increase in lean muscle mass. To me that is better. I kind of expected this anyway because I start lifting for my lower body last week. I have been doing upper body for 4 months now.

  • none here, i know i am retaining water so I'm drinking extra today and gonna weigh again this weekend.

  • I'm up a pound but I have a horrible cold and have eaten too much "comfort food" - that's my excuse anyway!
  • I'm 180 .. down 3 pounds since last week.
  • YAHOOOOO!!! Afte being stuck at a plateau for 4 weeks (ugh) the scale finally moved!! Minus 1 and a fraction (I don't have a digital scale) so I'm just taking the 1 and being so happy!!! I've finally hit the minus 35 mark - the half way point - YAHOOOO!

    This place has given me that little nudge that I needed. Thanks so very much!!!
  • Down 3.8 this week. WOOHOO. Total of 7 this month. Cardio makes all the difference.
  • I wieghed in this morning .
    After 2 weeks of losing a pound , in the past week I have lost 4 . Just what I needed to get motivated for this week .
  • Down 4 pounds since last weekend weigh in, now at 181

    Only 2 pounds away from a regular 'overweight' BMI - goodbye obesity!

    AND it is even TOM (by a few hours anyway), so possibly even lower by this coming weekend - YAY
  • 174 on Thursday. I'm not weighing again till Thurs morning.
  • I'm up 0.75 pounds this week. Frustrating, as I exercised my "you know what off!!"
