Missed you!

Well, where to start? Geesh - I went back and checked - my last post was back in the early Winter, definetely WAY too long. So, what's new with me? Well, Steve and I took possesion of our very first home in June and I LOVE it. So, I've been doing plenty of fun shopping to make it feel like home, and havin' a ball decorating. So, the winter/spring was spent getting excited and getting ready for our big move.

As for work, I've moved into a permanent management position within my company and absolutely love it - couldn't be much happier than I am right now. Steve has some tough luck and lost his job a week before we took possesion of our place, so its been a very stressful summer. He's working a temporary job outside of his field to bring in some money right now, but still looking for something in his field (Oil & Gas). He's had his 2nd interview for this great job that would be fantastic for him to get but we're still waiting to hear back... Please keep your fingers crossed!!

Other than that, its been a very busy summer.. Our best friends got married on the Sept. long weekend, I was Maid of Honor and Steve was Best Man so we had lots of planning and preperation to do, but it was a beautiful wedding!!

As for the "plan", well i've pretty much been eating whatever I want for months - luckily, my eating habits aren't too bad, except for the bit of junk food so I haven't gained too much. But, now that we're back into fall and things have settled down considerably, I want to get re-focused and commit to taking care of ME! So, with my bonus pay last week, I went out and bought myself an Elliptical - I'm about 20 lbs. over the max. capacity though - Do you think its still okay for me to use?? I'm guessing it should be...

So Sandi - is that enough of an update for ya?! Happy now?!

I've been wondering where you were hiding! So glad to see you back. We should be weight buddies, I need a kick in the arse.

I'm doing alright. Finished up with school in May, now I'm back in Connecticut. It's a little stressful because I'm living with my family again and I want to be back on "my own." (I use that loosely because being at college wasn't really being on my own, lol) I started working a new job in the middle of August and it's going well. My life is pretty boring so I don't have much else to report!
