    with 1/4 cup shredded 2% cheese and petite diced tomatoes (eggs have minced garlic, bell pepper, onion, basil, cayenne pepper, seasoning salt)

    L: ? (Probably stir fry veggies OR tuna/10 wheat crackers)

    D: Homemade Nachos: 1 Serving (approx 10 huge chips) of lay's light tortilla chips, 1/2 cup 93% lean ground taco beef, 1/2 cup shredded cheese (or less), 2 tbsp of light sour cream, jaleopeno peppers diced, petite diced tomatoes, diced 1-2 servings of black olives.
