  • Happy September Chicks!

    Breakfast: Shredded wheat and bran, double serving of peaches, skim, equal

    Lunch: Oatmeal/cottage cheese Core pancake with some smart balance light and SF maple syrup

    Dinner: Cola chicken, oven fries with healthy oil, double serving of fresh broccoli

    Snack: Maybe the Cherry Garcia Smoothie that I didn't get yesterday
  • Breakfast: 1/2 c lf cottage cheese/tropical fruit, decaf w/light cream

    Lunch: LO roast chicken, roast potatoes, ketchup, corn
    sf rice pudding
    2 small york peppermint patties!

    Snack: cheese strings

    Dinner: tbd
