  • Breakfast: Shredded wheat and bran, double serving of peaches, skim, and equal

    Lunch: Kosher hot dog with mustard and sauerkraut at the ballpark (8 points)! Piece of a doughy pretzel (4 points) Lots of water and maybe some fruit if they have a fruit cup.

    Dinner: Mixed field greens salad with balsamic vinagarette (healthy oil), Marinara/mushrooms/chicken; squash/zuchinni/carrots

    Snack: 3 WW Chocolate Mint Patties (3 points)

    Lunch: frozen President's Choice blue menu meal (lf, low calorie): sesame ginger chicken - chunks of chicken (very few!) in ginger sesame sauce w/veggies (mushrooms, onions, peppers, peapods)
    Green grapes

    Snack: coffee w/cream, 4 arrowroot cookies

    Possible pre-gym snack (if headache goes away): 2 cheese strings

    Dinner: roast chicken, roast potatoes, veggies.
