    The focus of this challenge is to lose a percentage of yourself. This will be determined by weight and measurements. Its all your personal stats so you wont be compared to anyone else you are simply working to lose the biggest percentage of yourself that you can.

    The challenge will run for the month of September. In order to make things fair you need to have signed up for the challenge before 9/7/06. Every Friday we will have a check in where you will post your new weight and inches measured. At the end of the month the person who has lost the greatest percentage of themselves will win a prize!

    In case of any tiebreakers we will also be keeping track of exercise minutes. The person with the biggest percentage lost and the most exercise minutes tallied WINS!

    Here's what you need to do. Post ONCE here, your starting weight and starting measurements for:
    arm (upper)
    breast
    waist (at smallest point)
    hips (at largest point)
    thigh (upper)
    calf (lower)
    **if you dont want to post your measurements you can PM them to me, I'll keep it confidential for you if you'd like.

    On Fridays when its time to update your stats do it in the same post as your starting stats so things dont get too confusing to find. You must participate in ALLcheckins to be eligible for the prize. its only fair to everyone.

    Then all you gotta do is LOSE to WIN! We'll keep you updated weekly on the standings!
