    I lost 3.5 lbs.

    I only lost a pound, but my weekend wasn't very good - I had a couple of weak moments. I'm back on plan today!
  • Being back on plan is all that counts Liz! Glad to see you checking in here. We've got to "recruit" more people for this thread! I love seeing all the successes!

    Only? One pound a week and in a year you've lost over 50. Don't get down on yourself for ONLY losing a pound! A pound a week is my goal. More is good, and a lot of people lose more than one. But it's not a competition. A pound is a pound is a pound, and every pound is a reason to celebrate!

    That being said, I'm at 257 this week. That's my first "official" weight since coming off my six-month plateau-break, so there's no gain/loss to report as yet.
  • 245 down 1 lbs. This got me to my first mini goal. 10% of my body weight. Now on to the next.

    I finally have something to post...I lost 2 lbs making my drivers license no longer a lie! I haven't been this low in 5 years
