Breakfast: Shredded wheat and bran, skim, equal and a banana
Lunch: The dinner I was supposed to make last night. Core lemon garlic chicken which includes my healthy oil, baked oven wedges with skins, fresh broccoli with smart bance light for points
Dinner: Eggbeater omelet, slice of Bordens FF sharp cheddar, ketchup
Snack: Chocolate Frosty Smoothie
