Ever wonder why

  • Ever wonder why the first place you would like to lose the fat is the last place that goes??? Don't get my wrong losing any is great, but what i wouldn't give to lose the roll beneath my breasts ( have a nice flat tummy but a puffy upper ab roll) Anyone know any good exercises for that? Thanks
  • When I started the weight loss journey, my abdomen was my biggest trouble spot. Yes, it was the last thing to go. Except my breasts lost a lot too right before getting to goal. I am sure my tummy was losing all along too, it was just the area that I wanted the weight off the worst. I know part of my problem was not being able to do abdominal exercises due to repeated hernias. I think they would have helped .
