Succulent Saturday Menu, August 5, 2005

  • Breakfast: Shredded wheat and bran, skim, equal and fresh blueberries

    Lunch: Eggbeater omelet and FF feta cheese

    Snack: Cherry Garcia smoothie (I might have this after dinner if we go out to dinner early)

    Dinner: Don't know. Going out with Niece/NIL and kids to a place where they want to try the food as a potential place to cater from for the soon to be 3 year old's birthday party. I'll be as good as I can.
  • Breakfast
    Spinach omelette with one whole egg and 1/4 cup egg white Eggbeaters
    Coffee with FF/SF vanilla syrup and skim milk

    Lunch
    WW yogurt (1 pt)
    carrots and FF dill dip
    something else but not sure yet; probably tuna

    Dinner
    Grilled portobello with FF swiss melted
    Salad

    And a whole lot of water

    d: ?? there's a big thing at church tonight and DH has to be there by 3, and we'll probably be there until 7 or 7:30! So I have no idea what we'll be eating.
