Big Breakfast Cookie

  • Hi, If I'm posting in the wrong place, forgiveme--I was given this recipe by a friend who was doing WW. Have seen some reference here to this cookie, but have not seen the actual recipe-- so I wanted to share it--Now this could be CORE, or just regular WW. Not sure, but it is very good cookie. 1/3 cup oatmeal 1 tablespoon raisins(can leave out) 1 tablespoon flour 1/3 cup non-fat powdered milk 1/4 cup applesauce--SF 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon 1/4 teaspoon baking powder 1 tablespoon Splenda granular 1. Preheat oven to 350. 2. Spray cookie sheet with baking spray 3. Mix all ingredients together. 4. Spoon 1 large mound on the baking sheet, and spread it out. 5. Bake 15-20 minutes. I have a web tv, so this doesn't come out like the typing on the computer does. These are very good, and you can prepare all the dry ingredients ahead, and store in plastic baggies, until ready to use them, and just add the applesauce. I have one of those GT101 Express machines and I bake them in that also. Rosemary
  • Rosemary,

That sounds good ~ could you tell me how many calories are in that cookie?

    Thanks
  • Hi, I'll give you the recipe #--it's in Recipezaar--#158087---Big Breakfast Cookie----it gives all the Nutrition facts-----But if its on WW, would count the points, and on CORE, everything is CORE except the raisins? I know it has a lot of protein in it. Rosemary
