  • I'll go for 1000 minutes as well. My water aerobics alone will be 450 minutes. Walking to and from work will bring another 460 minutes. Yeah I think it's doable!

  • Oh dear! I always feel so guilty when I see this monthly thread start up. I've been using my sore knee as an excuse - and it is sore. However, I am going to try to post some sort of physical activity for each day even if it's something as simple as weeding for an hour or doing a short walk. It's too darn hot for the treadmill but I'll be back at it soon.
  • Well I just started doing 30 mins a day. I will try to add a second workout every 2nd day of 30 mins so my goal is 1400
