I don't have any problems eating on program three weeks out of the month, but the 7 - 10 days around my period are a free-for-all that I just can't seem to control. I end up gaining most if not all of the weight back. Refined carbs and red meat aggravate my fibromyalgia symptoms, so I try to avoid them. I can do so without much problem throughout the month except during the EVIL week. At that time of the month, the cravings get so bad, I would swear that I am starving to death (which would in reality take months).
Anyone else have hormonal eating problems? Any tricks or solutions you have found to help?
