i am asking myself - i am looking to lose 20 to 25 lbs, so do i really belong here? i guess it's okay.
i have been on my "diet" for almost 2 weeks now and keep yo yoing between 146 and 143.5. don't know what is going on with that b/c one day i'll be 146 and the next i'll be 143.5, then the next i'll be back at 146. i am watching my calories - between 1200-1300 (sometimes up to 1400).
being widowed made me eat a lot more than usual and now i can't fit into my 6's anymore - i've moved to a size 10. i am not necessarily complaining, but i'd rather be in my 6's, lol!
anyway, here i am and i hope that's okay! i would really love to be a part of this weight loss family if you'll have me. thanks!!!
