  • Breakfast: Shredded wheat and bran, skim, equal, and fresh blueberries

    Lunch: Eggbeater omelet with FF feta cheese; fresh cherries

    Snack: Cantaloupe

    Dinner: Garlic Lemon Chicken, oven wedges, fresh broccoli

    Snack: Popcorn
  • Breakfast: cheerios and milk
    Snacks and lunch: carrots, whole wheat pita triangles with light laughing cow cheese, strawberries/cantaloupe with FF yogurt
    Dinner: wild Alaskan salmon, baked sweet potato, salad
  • Brunch: 2 scrambled eggs, sliced tomato, tea w/splenda/milk, toasted bagel

    pool party snacks: carrots/pita w/dip, diet pepsi, cut veggies

    Dinner: bbq hamburger on whole wheat bun, tossed green salad w/dressing, fresh fruit salad
