I havnt had a chnace to email anything today - its been too crazy; kids are out of school and driving me insane; plus I got AF Saturday and I swear I get sick (cold) when it comes .. so I"m determined to rest

Tonite though at my health club they have an hour session about toning and sculping your body with free weights with the PT -- I"m going to that for sure!
