Hi everyone.. I have done weight watchers before.. always the flex plan and i did it successfully when it was the 123 plan.. you know you had a range.. now they give you a target and say you can choose to use the flex.. well i never seem to want to use them..feeling guilty.. so i was not losing.... then i started counting calories... not sure exactly where i am supposed to be in the scheme of things so i looked around and for my build, weight, age and activity it says about 2500 so i i want to lose weight knock off some calories.. so i was taking in about 1900 calories a day and .5 a week was coming off( i am exercising 4-5 days a week 25 min a day.. (WATP) video....
I tried cutting back.. 1300-1500 a day and the weight pretty much stopped coming off and creeping up.. i am scared.. i am trying soooooo hard to lose this weight.. I eat alot of core foods.. and I could very well exist on the core plan ..but i wanted to hear from all of you.. do you still watch amounts or time of night eating and other things?? how much did u lose in how long.. ?
