I dont have before pictures because, like a lot of you, I tend to stay away from cameras because I absolutely hate seeing myself in pictures. But last week I took a picture of myself! This picture is after loosing 15 pounds.

Wow you look great I know what you mean about the camera thing I took a pic of my self to day in work out clothes wich included a sports bra... when I saw it the thought of ewww kind of went threw my head and then I thought welll thats you so do somthing about it.
