What No Menu Thread Yet - Monday June 19?

  • Breakfast: fresh fruit salad, probiotic vanilla yogurt, decaf w/light cream

    Lunch: LO bbq chicken, roast potatoes, corn

    Snack: baby carrots/dip

    Pre-gym snack: 1 slice lite havarti cheese

    Dinner: okay we have more rotisserie chicken at home, but having had some for lunch I am not interested!!! Might pick up something at grocery store on way home - or maybe just make myself a salad or an omelette?

  • b--went to doctor and had lab work. (fasting)

    s--banana oatmeal cake
    s--i'm hungry right now. i may eat another piece of cake
    d--lo pork loin, corn on the cob, cabbage/bell pepper/onions/polenta
    s--there's still no popcorn in the house and i have to fast all day tomorrow!!!!! maybe some cherries or a banana
  • Breakfast: Shredded wheat and bran, skim, banana, equal

    Lunch: FF cottage cheese and peaches

    Dinner: Lemon Garlic Chicken (2 points because of healthy oil in the marinade); Baked potato wedges (with skin and healthy oil); Fresh broccoli with ICBINB light (2 points)

    Snack: Not sure yet
  • B. Oatmeal w/skim milk & banana
    S.crustless pumpkin pie
    L. LO steak made into a stirfry w/eggplant & roasted chickpeas w/onions
    S. pear
    D. Roasted chicken, Roasted potatoes & mixed vegies
    S. Probably sf/ff pudding or fruit
