  • There are these new type of yogurts with have live bacteria cultures in them - most yogurts have bacterial cultures in them - but studies have shown they are very low quantity and not that effective (for the intestinal flora) - so this type of yogurt has the most/best live bacterial cultures - which i guess is supposed to be healthier for you???

I mention it only because it is NOT low fat nor it is sugar free!
