I'm sure there has been a post about this before.. but I was wondering how many of you guys actually blog ABOUT weight loss? I have two different ones (three if you count the one on myspace, but I usually just use that to post pictures..) one for my everyday, keeping in touch with friends things and then another for diet, food, and fitness related stuff.
Like posting here, I've found that keeping a food/exercise log in ADDITION to a blog about the issues and ups and downs is good way for me to stay focused and honest with myself. Also, I really enjoy reading other people's blogs about their weight loss journeys. Most of my friends are either skinny or not concerned with their health, so reading the posts here and the blogs is a way for me to kind of connect with people in similar situations.
So... I was just wondering how many of you actually keep up-to-date (like, more than once a month posting) blogs or know of any good weight loss blogs?
