Friday menu, June 2, 2006

  • Breakfast: grits and milk
    Snack: cantaloupe
    Lunch: crackers (2 pts) and hummus, carrots and dill dip
    Snack: ??
    Dinner: ??
  • I MUST go to the grocery store today or first thing in the morning!!

    b: oatmeal bar (1.5 pts)
    l: hummus and pita (2 pts); salad (1 pt)
    s: sf jello; rf cheese (1 pt)
    d: burgers or cornmeal chicken with oven fries
    s: popcorn (still haven't had it!)
  • Melissa, make my cornmeal chicken on the George Foreman. Then you guys can eat the lo's cold all weekend.

    Breakfast: Shredded wheat and bran, skim, equal and a banana

    Lunch: FF cottage cheese and Del Monte Fruit cup pineapple drained

    Dinner: LO White Chicken Chili with fresh Core corncakes

    l: LO New Orleans Red Beans & Rice, 3 bean salad, milk

    d: Birthday Dinner: ww angel hair pasta (yes, I'm breaking the pasta/rice once a day rule) tossed with olive oil, parmesan cheese, basil, garlic and tomatoes and peppers. Coleslaw made with ff miracle whip and boiled new potatoes, milk
    s: maybe 1 small piece of birthday cake
