WATP Video question/suggestion

  • I currently have the 1 mile and the 2 mile DVD. I am looking to buy another one, since the 2 mile is becoming easy for me. Any suggestions as to which one I should get???

    Oh! and would it be ok if I joined your daily check-in???

  • Hi, I've used the 3 mile express and the 3 mile super fat burning and like both of them. I like the 3 mile express a bit better because I like the stretchie band a bit better than the handweights and it seems to go a little faster to me. I've used the Walk and Jog the last couple of days and like it pretty well also, but it's only 2.5 miles. Join us over on the daily check in thread any time!
  • I used the the 4 mile WATP, it's pretty good...also, Walk n' Kick, and Walk n' Jog. I am interested in getting the 5 mile WATP and her 1 mile Jog. Also, I will change it up every so often...Maybe when Leslie's walking, I'll run in place...
