  • Okay, now THIS is my start day. Party is o-v-e-r...

    On the way to work: medium coke (3 pts)
    Breakfast: WW puffed wheat cereal, milk, banana
    Snack: applesauce and light string cheese (1 pt)
    Lunch: lean HB patty with FF cheese and homemade guacamole
    Snack: SF/FF cheesecake pudding with strawberries
    Dinner: grilled fish, broccoli, milk

    And a whole lot of water.

    WPAs used: 4
  • Breakfast: Shredded wheat and bran with skim, equal and a banana

    Lunch: Sirloin burger with raw onion, ketchup, pickle, and a slice of FF Borden sharp cheddar, 2 serving side of fresh pineapple, grapes, and strawberries

    Dinner: Chipotle burrito bowl (grilled chicken, whole pintos, shredded romaine, fresh tomato salsa, hot sauce, guacamole, cheese (points)

    Snack: 6 points of WW mint patties and Dove dark chocolate. The TOM demon will not come, nor will it go away.

    l: LO grilled chicken, 1/2 baked potato, green beans
    s: sf jello, brownie (2 pts?)
    d: not sure, but it needs to be something low in salt, because tomorrow am is the real biggest loser weigh-in (I was confused last week)
    s: tea and water!
  • b: oatmeal, Splenda, water (we're out of milk!)
    s: (if needed) apple slices
    l: 3 bean salad, cucumber, milk (after grocery shopping)
    s: banana
    d: sauteed pork chops w/sauerkraut & apples, green beans, milk

    s: if wanted - 100 cal. popcorn & diet soda
