Breakfast: Shredded wheat and bran, skim, equal and a banana
Lunch: Southwestern eggbeater omelet with a slice of FF Borden's sharp cheddar cheese
Snack: Blueberry White Chocolate smoothie
Dinner: Salad with FF honey dijon; Sirloin burger on a bun (points) with baked potato and FF sour cream.
Snack/Dessert: Chocolate eclair cake (points) but worth it since dinner was nasty!
