ATTN: Trader Joe fans; fab low-cal dressing!

  • I went to TJ’s last night and they were out of the ff balsamic vinaigrette I usually buy, so I wandered over to the refrigerated dressings and decided the Champagne Pear Vinaigrette with Gorgonzola sounded good, and oh my god I am in love! I even got the boyfriend to gobble down a big heaping pile of spinach with this stuff.

    And now the best part: Nutrition Facts
    Per 2 tbsp serving:
    Cal: 45
    Total fat: 2.5
    Sat fat: 0.5
    Sodium: 200mg
    Carb: 4
    Sugars: 4
    Protein: 1

    Low-cal, low sodium, low fat, and so flavorful. Can’t ask for more than that. I’ve been eating it on a very simple salad of baby spinach, mandarin orange slices and walnuts. Just divine.
  • I LOVE their dressings. My favorite is the Parmesan Ranch - its creamy and just a little spicy and really marvelous tasting.

    And again, the best part IS the nutrition facts, per 2 tbsp:

  • That dressing sounds fabulous! We are getting a Trader Joe's here in Minneapolis soon and I am soo excited! I will definitely look for that dressing..
