I went to TJ’s last night and they were out of the ff balsamic vinaigrette I usually buy, so I wandered over to the refrigerated dressings and decided the Champagne Pear Vinaigrette with Gorgonzola sounded good, and oh my god I am in love! I even got the boyfriend to gobble down a big heaping pile of spinach with this stuff.

Low-cal, low sodium, low fat, and so flavorful. Can’t ask for more than that. I’ve been eating it on a very simple salad of baby spinach, mandarin orange slices and walnuts. Just divine.
