Tantalizing Tuesday Tummy Temptations

    Breakfast: cottage cheese w/fruit, decaf w/light cream

    Snack: 1 banana

    Lunch: LO 2 coq au vin drumsticks, baby carrots/mushrooms, brown rice
    fresh strawberries

    Snack: apple, milk

    Dinner:?? probably broiled lean burger, mashed potatoes, broccoli

    Breakfast: none
    Lunch: baked potato with FF sour cream and FF cheese
    Dinner: sandwich with SF whole wheat bread and Simply Jif, milk
  • Breakfast: Shredded Wheat and Bran, equal, skim, banana

    Lunch: Broiled chicken breast sandwhich (3 points) with homemade salsa; couple of bites of baked potato plain

    Dinner: Lemon Garlic Chicken, Oven fries, broccoli
  • I feel like it's been so long since I REALLY did core that I have forgotten what to eat. Isn't that terrible? But I'm going to work on re-building my recipes and menus this week. You guys are looking great!
