  • Breakfast: Shredded Wheat and Bran with skim, equal and a banana

    Snack: Seedless red grapes

    Lunch: Dr. Praegger's california burger, FF cottage cheese and Del Monte Fruit Natural mixed fruit cup

    Dinner: Cola Chicken and oven fries with fresh green beans

    Snack: Popcorn or a Cherry Garcia Smoothie
  • Oh, I wanted cola chicken the other day. I'm so jealous. Whenever I get my kitchen in order, that same meal will be one of the first! (BTW if anyone hasn't tried cola chicken and oven fries--you're missing out!)

    Breakfast: toasted bagel w/cream cheese, coffee w/light cream

    Lunch: small piece LO rotisserie chicken, veggies (brocolli, cauliflower, carrots, cucumbers) w/ranch dip, fruit salad

    Snack: 1 banana, 1 apple

    Dinner: minute/hip steaks grilled w/mushrooms, peppers and onions, baked potato, steamed broccoli & carrots

    Snack: decaf non fat cappucino
  • I've discovered it's nearly impossible to eat while you're sleeping, Frouf. If you need help controlling yourself, just take some pain pills and you'll sleep straight thru all the meals.

    l--shrimp,spreadable fruit diluted with h2o for dipping, english peas
    s--sf/ff butterscotch pudding, 2 pts vanilla wafers, cw, slivered almonds

    d--ff pizza/lean ham/olives/jalapenos
