I have an iPod video (love it), but I want to find some sites where I can download workouts. I looked at podfitness.com, but their workouts don't have music. (What's the point, in THAT?)

While VIDEO workouts would be great, I'll take audio, too - as long as they have music!

Good question! Unfortunately, it doesn't look like anyone has any suggestions. I could use some good music to get me motivated to exercise like this
