May Day Monday Menu, 5/1/06

  • Happy May everyone!

    This isn't a completely core menu, due to my need to eat convenience foods (and what's available) during this very, very hectic week!!

    b: sausage and toast (2.5 pts)
    l: ham on ww bread with mustard and swiss (4); sun chips (3)
    s: ff pudding cup (2); hot tea; carrot sticks
    d: healthy choice pizza (5); salad (1)

  • Breakfast: Oatmeal made with skim, equal, and a banana

    Lunch: LO roast chicken breast; FF cottage cheese and a Del Monte fruit natural peach cup

    Dinner: Mixed field greens salad with balsamic vinagrette (healthy oil), steamed asparagus, sirloin patty, Core mashed potatoes
  • Breakfast: 1 cup probiotic pear yogurt, decaf w/light cream

    Lunch: tuna salad, bagel, tossed salad

    Snack: 1 apple, 1 banana

    Dinner: no idea!

  • We ordered pizza so I ate a small slice of pepperoni. Other than that, I didn't eat today. Since I got my medicine refilled, I slept more than I was awake.
