Skipped yesterday - there was no way - I had done a major leg workout the day before and overdid it, and could barely walk - so I added an extra 100 crunches to my usual 100.
ah I couldnt do it yesterday. I was at the gym for an hour last night swimming and doing weight exercises. I went straight to bed after words lol.
Ill do my 200 today though.

I got mine done tonight, I did 20 every time a commercial came on while I was watching ghost whisper and close to home. Have you ever relized how many commercials are on during a 1 hour tv show?
