Tuesday's Trimming Treats, April 25, 2006

  • Breakfast: Oatmeal made with skim, fresh blueberries, and equal

    Lunch: LO grilled chicken and FF cottage cheese and a Del Monte Fruit pineapple cup

    Dinner: Turkey smoked sausage (points), sauerkraut, and Core mashed potatoes

    Snack: ?
  • My attempt:

    Breakfast: 2 pk plain oatmeal, sf vanilla syrup, decaf w/light cream
    1 banana

    Lunch: chicken breast w/avocado, tomatoes and grilled shrimp, side salad w/vinaigrette, about 10 sweet potato sticks

    Snack; 1.5 oz very dark chocolate, sf iced tea

    Dinner: probably LO roast beef and veggies.

  • I had Cheerios and milk at around 2:00. Now Judd is ordering pizza and I'll have one slice of thin pepperoni and black olives.
