hi, im an old member with new weight

  • I joined this forum when I first started dieting last year, I managed to get down to 124 lbs, from 156 lbs, so lost 32lb, but now ive put 11 of them back on.

    Well Im looking to loose weight again, I want to get down to 119 lbs as I wasn't happy at 124.
    Im pretty sure Im going to be following mainly a low cal diet, and I want to take up yoga.
    Finaly Im 22 and from the uk and still a student.
