Daily food journal - Friday 4/21



  • Anyone can join me in posting your food intake daily if you wish to. I am doing a seperate thread for each day of journaling and will post what I eat (or plan to eat) good or bad!

    Breakfast:
    2 coffees/black
    1 lo-carb protein bar (Carbwise)

    Be back later for the rest of the day!

    Lunch:
    2 hard boiled eggs
    2 coffee/black

    Snack:
    1 pkg SB wheat crackers
    2 oz cream cheese

    Dinner:
    1 Buffalo burger w/bun (only ate 1/2 of bun)
    10 french fries !!!

    Snack:
    1 lo-carb ice cream bar

    Water: 40 oz (need to drink more)
