  • Today I did 2 of the 3 miles super fat burning dvd. It was still a little fast for me at this point, but I felt good for what I could get done...
  • WOW...I guess I'm the only one checking in here so far. Sunday is my one day I take off from exercising. It's my rest day to spend family time. I wish everyone a Happy Easter and a WONDERFUL day...
  • Hi! I love WATP- I only have one video- the walk and kick. I am going to Target today to get another one. I plan on doing mine this afternoon!
  • This thread caught my eye. I am normally on the LWL board right above yours. I am reading the WATP book right now. I just love Leslie after reading this. I have several of her dvds, some which I just keep rechecking out from the library when they're there. I like the workouts, and believe in them, but love her book too of how she started this business and her lifestyle now. I'd love to read her bio if she ever wrote it, but for now, this will do. The book also has the 1 mile workout dvd in it, which might be too short for some of you, but work for others. Anyway, just wanted to point out her book to you in case you should come across it.
  • Hi Everyone ~ I'm happy to see others are logging your workouts in here. This morning I did the 1 mile dvd that came with the WATP book. This was the first time doing this one, and she really keeps you moving, but it felt good! I really enjoy reading her book too, and reading about her daily routine and working her workouts into her schedule. I think I now have 10 of her dvds, because I like to have a variety to go between. Hope you all have a GREAT day!!!

    This morning I did the 3miles for Abs w/out the ab belt. Good workout even without the belt! I took yesterday off. I'm glad this thread got started!! I'll be checking in tomorrow!
  • Tonight I did the 2 mile Abs workout and decided to try out my new stability ball and the You Can Do Abs workout----WOW!!! My abs are going to feel it tomorrow!!!

  • I came across this post and just had to say "I Love WATP!"
    I start my day every morning with the 2 mile high burn with weights.
    I have found that with Leslie's tapes I actually like to exercise. I'm glad to see others enjoy it as well.

  • Evening all~
    Well I didn't get the Walk strong done at 2 this afternoon as my best friend called and we were on the phone for 2hrs! She lives in Texas. But I did get done doing it about 15 minutes ago. That's an awesome workout. One I want to do at least 3x's a week.
    Tomorrow I'm going with my son's 2nd grade class to the zoo, so I'll get in lots of walking. I will be doing my walk and kick in the morning to get me off to a good start. I'll check in tomorrow evening probably after his soccer practice. Have a great evening and a wonderful walking wednesday!!
  • Hi Everyone ~ Cathy, you will DEFINITELY get your exercise walking at the zoo today and good for you, because you're doing GREAT! Today I did the 2 mile high calorie burn with 3 pound weights...feelin good!
  • I also did the 2 mile high calorie burn with the 3 pound weight this morning and I will also do it again when I get home from work.

    Hey Cathy, hope you had a great time at the zoo. I see you live in Michigan, so do I. What zoo did you go to?
