So Hungry Today

  • HELP!!! I am so hungry today- I can feel myself losing it, craving fatty foods and sweets. I am PMS'ing big time- usually on normal days, i easily stay at my calorie goal of 1500, but today i am starving!!!!

    Any suggestions???
  • Eat some big protein Judes and quickly get hold of some crunchy raw vegetables!
  • Fill yourself up with GOOD food and don't worry about going over your calories, especially if it is good food.

    I have oatmeal, with half water, half milk, with an egg in - nuked. Then I add splenda, spices and raisins. It's so hot and gluey - fills me up for a good hour or so!
  • Veggies, fruits, lean protein! Try to stay away from fat as much as possible. If you go over a day, don't worry about it. Everyone deserves a break once in awhile
  • Protein and fiber are your friends right now. fruit and veggies. If you eat the fatty yucky foods,you will probably get sick if you havent ate anything like that in the last 30 days. I cant eat fried foods, or anything high in sat. fat.. I get soo sick and bloated, its ridiculous
  • This morning I woke up starving. HAd no idea why but helped myself to more oatmeal!
  • thanks you guys! I am thinking a BIG grilled chicken salad for lunch. It's so nice to be able to come here and vent and know that other people have been there
  • Subway! One of those under 6 grams of fat with lots of veggies... mmm bring me back one too!
