    Only exercise was walking around a little. We went to this cute Artist Colony town near by -- Sugarloaf, NY. It was fun going into the shops. It actually was more a leisurely walk than one that I can earn any activity points with.

    points: 31- Today is bank day. I had 20 in my bank and I
    used 8. I ended the week with 12 pts. in my
    bank.

    None
    Took kids to school ( first day, mad house- brand new school, almost finished) and had to run to 3 different places so got home in just in time, started to feel hungry and it was 11:00 so lunch time.

    1 tsp. I can't believe it's not butter light-(.5)

    1 ff muffin-(2.5) I ate 1/2 at 3:00 with the kids and the other
    half at 9:00 after dinner.

    Weighed in today. I lost .8, which is less than I hoped for but still a good loss. I am 1.6 lbs. away from my 10 percent.
