  • I agree. Building lean muscle and eating every 3 hours. I also eat within an hour of waking up, to wake up my body from it's overnight fast.

    I'm also a sucker for supplements. I find that they do help IF and only IF you are eating correctly and exercising. Currently I'm taking Lean System 7, which is said to enhance metabolism. I just started but I hope this will give my metabolism an extra boost.
