New to the board and SB

  • Hello. I found this site a few days ago after a rec from a friend on another forum.

    I'm on day 7 today of Phase 1. I'm happy to see the recipes and information on this site. Much better than other places I have looked.

    this is really a great place to be--better than any I have found. Lots of good information, recipes, and friendly chicks all on the beach. Helps with my motivation too.

    I am trying to give this a try also as I am at a standstill with my weight loss since the start of the New Year.

    I am definately in YOYOYOYOYO mode!!

    So hope this helps - I have a problem with not having any fruit right now but other than that am doing ok

    SBD is such a great plan! You'll get the most out of P1, MrsKMS, if you stick to it and don't cheat at all. Fruit is wonderful, but think how great it will taste after P1 is over! Truly...you'll notice all sorts of flavors, and much more sweetness in things (carrots will taste so sweet!!!!!) when you get the sugar out of your system. I promise!

    The recipes are awesome...I brought the taco bake to a party at a friend's house and another friend begged for the recipe. She's not even dieting! It's great in P1, as is the White Chicken Chili, the Almond Dijon chicken, and the Peanut Butter Cup

  • Well into day 3 and not too bad. Made some no sugar Jello as I am really missing fruit

    I usually eat a bunch of grapes everynite so this is really different for me

    Will look at some to the recipes for some different ideas
