Weekly Behavior Goals - March 19

  • This week I will:

    1. Walk 1 mile on my treadmill 5 days- incline 4.0!
    2. Drink 32 oz of water every morning with my breakfast
    End of Week - Lose 1-2 lbs this week

    Sunday ~ 1. 2. Didn't drink it with breakfast - but with dinner.
    Monday ~ 1. 2. Again with dinner
    Tuesday ~ 1. 2. Plenty - as I'm sick as a dog!
    Wednesday ~ 1. Day off 2. Lots of diet sprite since I feel so pooooey
    Thursday ~ 1. 2.
    Friday ~ 1. Day off 2. And actually at breakfast!
    Saturday ~ 1. 2.

    End of week - 2 LBS
  • Week 2: Keep On Keeping On!
    This week I will
    1) Get up @ 5:30 a.m., go to the gym & do at least 30 minutes of cardio each day
    3) Prepare for each day's meals the night before
    4) Stay away from Fast Food Restaurants
    5) Eat all meals & snacks as planned
    6) Drink 6 bottles of water each day

  • This Week I Will...
    This week I will:
    *Exercise for 1hr on Mon, Wed, and Friday.
    *On Sun, Tues, and Thurs, I will do an additional 30 min. of cardio.
    *I will start each day with a good protien source.
    *I will eat at the table and NOT in front of the t.v. or standing in the kitchen.
    *I will plan my meals each morning.
    *I will eat 1200 cals or less.
    *I will remain on track and post about my success this week!

  • This week I will continue to drink at least 64 ounces of plain water and stay away from chocolate.

    Sunday : 1) 90 2) There was this Mounds bar that jumped into my shopping cart...
    Monday 1) Drank enough water but ate one cookie
    Tuesday - Drank enough water and stayed away from the sweets!
    Wednesday - 70 ounces so far

  • My goals this week (once again) are to work out at least 4 days this week and to drink at least 64 oz. of water every day.

  • My goal this week is to stick to my Fitday plan every day and to make sure I get some walking exercise, either on the treadmill or in the big outdoors.

  • I'm going to try the same goals as last week because I didn't do very well

    1) Drink at least 48oz of plain water each day
    2) Prepare my breakfast/lunch the day before so I can grab'n go in the mornings
    3) Get 1 grain and 1 fruit serving in each day

    Tuesday 1) 2) but did talk DH into making Chili ahead last night so dinner's ready for Wed ....kind of planning ahead 3)
    Wednesday 1) almost, but not quite all 48 2) 3)
    Thursday 1) 2) 3) I think that's the first time I've done all three!!

    1. Drink at least 64 ounces of water
    2. Exercise at least 5 days a week
    3. Stay within my calories
    4. NO Snacking after 8 PM (3 -4 hours before bedtime)



    Sunday 1 - 3 4 I think I'll remove that one.

  • Man...I hate how far back I've gone on these goals...I was doing so well before my accident!

    For this week, I'll have two goals:

    Get in my water (at least 48 oz).
    and
    Don't overdo it on my feet! Rest...put that foot up!
