This week I will:
1. Walk 1 mile on my treadmill 5 days- incline 4.0!
2. Drink 32 oz of water every morning with my breakfast
End of Week - Lose 1-2 lbs this week
Sunday ~ 1. 2. Didn't drink it with breakfast - but with dinner.
Monday ~ 1. 2. Again with dinner
Tuesday ~ 1. 2. Plenty - as I'm sick as a dog!
Wednesday ~ 1. Day off 2. Lots of diet sprite since I feel so pooooey
Thursday ~ 1. 2.
Friday ~ 1. Day off 2. And actually at breakfast!
Saturday ~ 1. 2.
End of week - 2 LBS
