I went to visit a friend where she works today during lunch. The had ordered pizza as they always do on Thursday. They new I was coming so they got extra. I declined to eat any and told them I had had a late breakfast.

It smelled so good I can't believe I had that much willpower. YEH ME!!!

Oh that is awesome! Pizza is my favorite food in the whole wide world! So I totally understand with that smell how hard that must have been to resist.

I'm finding though that the more I resist, the easier it gets....

It's so hard to say no sometimes but it sure feels good later. I to have found that the more I say no the easier it is getting. I have also found that my true friends understand that I'm not snubbing them when I say no.

I know you're going to think I'm making this up but my sons band ordered pizza for everyone last night while they were recording. Again I didn't have any. I think my lunch victory really set my willpower going.

But I did cave and eat 2 fruit snacks (like gummi bears)

So far so good.
