Morning Beachies!
Did I ever tell you guys that I love Wisconsin weather? One minute it's 65, and now we have a winter warning. Enough is enough already, bring on the warm weather! I'm still trying to shake this stupid cold. I woke up this morning feeling better, but now I'm all stuffy again.
Went to the gym last night again, walked on the treadmill for about 45 minutes and then did some weight training. Lost a pound
: while I was at the gym - however I'm sure that was all water weight. We'll have to see when I get there after work tonight for step aerobics.
Freaky - computer problems are the worst! A few weeks ago mine decided it just wasn't going to turn on - so I lost all my files since my last backup - word to the wise: SAVE ALL YOUR FILES ON A BACK UP!! Saves a ton of time and hard work.
Ruth - Hope your sleep is better tonight and no more yucky dreams!
Mamahulk - I'm with ya on not feeling good. It's such a pain to stay OP when you don't feel good, but hang in there
I'm right with ya!
Soon: Fathers can be such a pain, if it makes you feel any better, my father is 60 and on his 3rd marriage. Hopefully this one sticks for awhile. I think they fear being alone. It makes them act stupidly, and selfish. Hang in there, he'll come around.
3darlings: Congrats on your OP day and exercising!
Batmomm: Keep on the weights, you may gain at first, but the more muscle you have, the more fat you burn while resting - definately worth it. (And it's always nice to see some toning too!
)
Lindy:
with potty training. I don't have any kids, but I just house trained our newest pup, and it is hard work.
Barb: It seems like everyone is sick lately
Hopefully the air clears up soon!
Okay all, time to get back to work! Gotta love the meetings!
