How do I start a blog?

    Do you mean a daily Journal? If so, click on journals up at the top, register and you're away.
    You can also journal in www.fitday.com and it too is free.

    You can go to www.blogger.com and sign up for a blog there.

    For a day to day blog blogger.com is great.
