I have a question.When you do the frozen meals, can you do the carb cravers on the same day? I know it sounds like a lot of food and maybe a lot of sodium. Just curious...

Never offically been told no, but I can almsot gaurantee you you will see a gain the next day. i often get a gain when have CC and eat out in the same day, even if i eat out OP

I was told to avoid frozen meals and carb carvers in the same day - as well as eating out and having frozen meal in the same day. If you are going to have a frozen meal, (I have been told over and over) eat it for lunch and drink extra water!
